Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo are both within about a 5–15 minute drive of the resort, and Lake Taneycomo runs right through downtown Branson beside Branson Landing. Bull Shoals Lake sits farther out and makes a scenic day trip of roughly an hour.
It depends on the catch. Table Rock Lake is famous for largemouth and smallmouth bass, Lake Taneycomo is a cold-water trout fishery known for rainbow and brown trout, and Bull Shoals is a quieter reservoir prized for bass and walleye.
Yes. Table Rock Lake and Bull Shoals Lake have clear, swimmable water with public beaches and coves. Lake Taneycomo stays cold year-round because it flows from the base of Table Rock Dam, so it's better known for fishing and scenery than swimming.
